Diabetes education videos
Diabetes mellitus is a disease with a high prevalence in our environment. Diagnostic and therapeutic options have advanced extraordinarily during these years. However, "Diabetes education" continues to be a fundamental tool to prevent and treat patients with diabetes mellitus.
With the aim of helping to carry out a correct diabetes education in patients who use insulin as treatment, the team of Diabetes Educators (Ms M Nieto, Ms S del Amo, Ms M Sanchez and Ms A Santander) of the Endocrinology and Nutrition Service of the Hospital Clínico Universitario de Valladolid have produced these four videos, with the aim that they are useful in the day-to-day life of patients with diabetes mellitus.
