Hoy se ha firmado un convenio entre la Cámara de Comercio de Valladolid (Escuela Internacional de Cocina) y la Universidad de Valladolid (Centro de Investigación de Endocrinología y Nutrición) con el objetivo de colaborar en la formación e investigación en el área de la nutrición, con formación a diferentes colectivos de empresas agroalimentarias, pacientes, jóvenes y diferentes acciones divulgativas.
